  2. Well Kelly, since no one else has made any guesses (blogging is rather like a sililoquoy) I should just spill it. Frozen carrot peelings. If I'm peeling a whole bunch of carrots at one time (for crudite or something) I keep the peels - and freeze them til I next make stock. Voila carrot!
