YYS seared and oven roasted turkey breast
As pretty as this is, not my favorite -- we used a pre-brined turkey breast. For my taste, too salty. The rosemary and thyme seasoned the bird perfectly and the pan sauce was divine, but next time we'll brine ourselves. YYS!
