Dinner with friends




to start, Olive Pate with goat cheese and roasted garlic followed by
sauteed sea scallops with herb coulis, shrimp scampi was next and then
on to Mahi with roasted root vegetables and braised fennel.  I didn't
shoot dessert, we had berries and fresh biscuits with vanilla whipped
cream.
