What is it ?
We love to cook, partially for results, partially for flavor,
partially for accolades, partially for experimention. And this blog
has potential for interaction. Know what this is ?
Well Kelly, since no one else has made any guesses (blogging is rather like a sililoquoy) I should just spill it. Frozen carrot peelings. If I'm peeling a whole bunch of carrots at one time (for crudite or something) I keep the peels - and freeze them til I next make stock. Voila carrot!
