all commercial apples are hybrids, so it's pretty amazing that you
don't see this more. Still, I thought it was rpetty cool.

you would think 'what a mess,' when in reality, all that fond is what
gave the scallops their perfectly cooked goodness"

quartered/cleaned/parcooked/marinated/grilled artichokes

Onion dip - nom nom nom - good thing Ruffles (r) have all those RIDGES!
leek dip - especially good warm, with bread, or fingers, crackers,
anything, really.
